Summary Of Position The position is for the creative, production, and operational output of the Dollar Tree marketing team. This includes the conceptualization, production, and execution of full funnel marketing engaging content to increase brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and drive traffic and sales growth. This team supports marketing priorities such as communication and calendar of events, including monthly planning, seasonal events, and campaigns. Success involves collaborating closely with Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining brand standards. The role also manages In-Store Signage production, leading signage projects, and influencing the store's look and feel, ensuring signage is noticeable, effective, and easy to install based on customer and field input. Additionally, the position oversees in-store marketing production and logistics, managing budgets, forecasting, billing, and performance reporting. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Develop all content strategy and creative aligned with company goals, campaigns, and seasons. Manage marketing and editorial content across all channels, ensuring high creative standards. Lead in-store signage production and manage vendor relationships. Oversee the photo studio for high-quality content and timely delivery of product images for marketing and ecommerce. Improve effectiveness and efficiencies of marketing processes and technologies. Ensure all outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and in partnership with key teams. Manage marketing production logistics, budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting. Utilize customer and field input to optimize in-store materials for awareness and engagement. Support internal marketing campaigns, including Diversity initiatives, summits, and leadership photos. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications BA/BS degree; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of Creative or Brand Marketing experience in Retail and CPG. At least 5 years in a management or leadership role with successful team development. Proven expertise in designing and executing engaging creative content across multiple tools and tactics. Experience implementing company-wide brand strategies and managing creative teams. Knowledge of print and signage production processes. Strong creative, analytical skills, and knowledge of marketing best practices across media channels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build relationships with key partners and manage expectations effectively. Leadership experience with a track record of attracting and retaining qualified marketing professionals.
