Job Description
SUMMARY

As a Digital Marketing Specialist within the Marketing and Internal Operations teams, you will have an opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by helping to expand Sendero's brand and capabilities to current and prospective clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist in the launch, testing, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media (Google & LinkedIn), and other web channels
Monitor schedule and publish content across Sendero’s digital channels
Help maintain and improve the company website by conducting keyword research, updating content, formatting pages, and ensuring the site works smoothly across all devices
Review performance dashboards and highlight key insights to support data-driven decision-making
Maintain marketing assets and contact lists, and perform quality assurance on digital materials such as emails, ads, forms, and landing pages
Build and apply basic knowledge of Marketing theory, industry, and professional standards to work methods and deliverables to achieve goals
Potential to support other marketing content and administrative efforts
Participate in (e.g., note taking, providing input) and sometimes facilitate small groups and/or meetings to address issues and gather data
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Participation over time in two or more extracurricular activities
Leadership experience from an academic, work, or extra-curricular role
Proven work experience
Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
Experience across social media platforms
Basic presentation and meeting facilitation abilities
Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Search, HubSpot Email Marketing, Google Analytics 4
