We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Sailrite, as well as our sub-brands. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of design are met across all projects.

This position focuses on brand development, visual storytelling, print collateral, and marketing design. It does not involve UX/UI, web/app design, or digital product interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

● Create compelling visuals for a variety of platforms including digital, print, and social media.

● Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines of the company.

● Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to create cohesive and effective design solutions.

● Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

● Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and technologies into the work.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree (recommended) in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a similar industry.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and exceptional visual design skills.

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● Experience in Figma is a plus.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

● Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving abilities.

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
