Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr A well-established and highly respected construction firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic contributor, leading the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives that support the company’s mission and growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with strong project management skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively. This role offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $110,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, summer hours, and annual bonus potential. Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: Oversee production of best-in-class responses to RFPs and RFQs. Collaborate on creating winning presentations for shortlist interviews, virtual and in-person, with a focus on strategic differentiation. Manage social media channels by creating engaging content and driving audience interaction. Lead production of corporate videos that reflect the company’s mission and core values. Manage and update corporate websites to ensure a strong online presence. Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and digital assets. Review and approve content and graphics developed by the marketing team. Support maintenance of CRM and project databases. Contribute to the evaluation and execution of the annual marketing plan. Identify and craft compelling industry award submissions. Plan and execute internal and external special events. Coordinate professional project photography. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications of the Marketing Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum of five years’ marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy execution. Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Sharp attention to detail and strategic thinking.
