The Peace Agency is in Fort Collins near Old Town, and we are looking for sales producers that want to win! Our agency provides top-notch insurance for Auto, Home, Businesses and Life; but we dont stop when the sale is done! The Peace Agency will continue to support our clients, both past and present. We support our team members with product training, great products, extremely competitive pay, and a competitive, friendly, and quality environment to work in.
The Agency Producer generates new business through multiple lead sources, works with prospects and clients on insurance options and coverage, and willing to offer support before, during and after the close. The ideal Agency Producer will be able to present proposals, answer questions, and build trust with clients. We want the right fit for our team, and it could be you!

Responsibilities
- Create and present insurance proposals to prospective clients
- Finalize and submit documents as needed
- Build solid relationships that last
- Work and communicate with current clients on policy change requests
- Know and understand the clients needs
- Generate new business through multiple lead sources
- Support clients before, during, and after the sale
- Know your product, know your competition
Requirements
- Active Colorado Resident Producer Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Have (or obtain within 60 days of employment) Colorado Resident Producer Accident and Health, Life Insurance License
- Build positive relationships from a cold start
- Willing to ACHIEVE and IMPROVE
