Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, Walmart Connect - Henkel (Hoboken)

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients’ business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
- Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals by presenting Walmart advertising products and solutions that meet clients’ marketing objectives.
- Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
- Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
- Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
- 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience.
- Expertise in Walmart Connect products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
- Strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
- Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
- Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.
- A passion for driving business results for companies.
Compensation and Benefits
- The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Stock options may be available depending on seniority and role.
- Benefits include health coverage (medical, vision, dental), 401(k) with company match, and company-paid life insurance.
- Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting; disability benefits and other programs are available.
