Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As the Assistant Community Manager, you\'ll work closely with the Community Manager to ensure our property runs smoothly and our residents are well taken care of. You will:

• Support daily operations and staff coordination


• Respond to inquiries and conduct apartment tours with prospective residents


• Conduct periodic market surveys and maintain occupancy goals


• Assist with verifying applications and income in accordance with LIHTC Compliance


• Perform move-in inspections and review welcome materials with new residents


• Maintain accurate resident files and input data into OneSite


• Address resident concerns and service requests professionally and promptly


• Help plan and execute community events


• Process rent payments, maintain financial records, and make bank deposits


• Assist in preparing reports and documentation


• Support legal processes related to evictions, when necessary

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within property management


• Experience with OneSite property management software


• Familiarity with LIHTC regulations is a plus


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a team-first mentality
