We are searching for a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 213-unit apartment community conveniently located in Palmetto Bay, Florida, right on US-1 with easy access to the Florida Turnpike! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
