Your role
As Production Assistant, Creative, you’ll assist in ensuring shoots run smoothly by managing logistics, supporting our team, and keeping all production components—from budget actualizing to post-production wrap—on track. You’ll provide operational support across video and photo productions, handling the key details that bring creative ideas to life. This role supports both artist-facing and executive-facing needs, requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll play a key part in helping the Creative Team execute innovative, high-quality work that pushes boundaries and delivers impact.
Here you'll get to
- Assist on commissioned shoots, managing logistics and ensuring creative is executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
- Coordinate artist and executive travel, itineraries, and related expenses.
- Coordinate production insurance and vendor setup for shoots.
- Track budgets, submit invoices, adjust purchase orders, and support finance-related production tasks.
- Organize production details including budgets, treatments, shoot dates, artist costs, and deliverables.
- Support post-production by tracking review links, download requests, and final asset delivery.
- Contribute to the creative process, helping develop the visual language that defines our artists.
- Discover, maintain, and collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers, and other creative talent.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and artist sessions, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, artist-focused environment.
About you

We’d love it if you also had
- A working knowledge of production and post-production workflows, formats, and best practices.
- Experience managing vendor communications, travel coordination, and budgeting.
- The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and support across a variety of project types.
- A desire to grow and expand within a creative team that values initiative and trust.
