Overview
The Media Quality Specialist is responsible for working directly with client campaigns utilizing ad quality verification services. This role will oversee all aspects of campaign launch with verification tracking, live campaign monitoring, reviewing daily reporting of IVT, brand safety and viewability, and end-of-campaign analysis. This position works directly with Media Delivery and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns are optimized to meet or exceed client goals. A successful Media Quality Specialist has a sense of urgency, interest in various client business models, and monitoring data for trends.
Responsibilities
- Implement client campaigns within tight deadlines
- Successfully manage and optimize campaign performance with a focus on brand safety, viewability and non-human Media, noting performance trends
- Collaborate with Media Delivery team pre- and post-campaign launch to ensure targeting will meet or exceed client goals
- Develop and maintain strong, active relationships with Media Delivery and Account Management teams
- Work closely with the Media Quality Manager to assist with updated documentation and training procedures
Qualifications
- Digital Media / Ad Operations / Account Management experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends within the data to better optimize client campaigns
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills or ability to learn
- Entry level and up experience with SQL a plus
- Tableau experience is a plus
- Ability to show problem solving skills
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
Base Salary: $49,500-$82,500
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
