We’re currently hiring Entry Level Public Relations & Communications Assistants to support our expanding outreach efforts. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone passionate about making a difference.

📌 Position Overview

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of our outreach and engagement efforts. You'll support campaign execution, coordinate live events, and help amplify nonprofit missions through authentic public interactions.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role offering real-world experience in:

  • Public relations

  • Nonprofit marketing

  • Event coordination

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing PR and grassroots marketing campaigns

  • Organize and participate in live events, community activations, and outreach programs

  • Professionally represent nonprofit and ethical brand partners to the public

  • Set up and manage event displays, branded materials, and outreach stations

  • Track key metrics: attendance, engagement, donor interactions, and public feedback

  • Build relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners

  • Work closely with PR and marketing managers to optimize campaign effectiveness
