The Opportunity As a Desktop Publisher, you have a passion for bringing ideas to life on the page and screen. You’re enthusiastic about creating compelling and compliant layouts for a variety of print and digital materials, including presentations, playbooks, toolkits, and more. You'll apply expertise in layout and design work to transform ideas about culture and people strategy into visuals and documents that inspire people to connect, learn, and take action.

Responsibilities

• Take raw content and turn it into professional materials that feel clear, human, and on-brand, while helping set and maintain a consistent look and feel across materials.
• Develop layouts for a variety of print and digital materials, including presentations, playbooks, toolkits, and more.
• Ensure brand and spirit shine through in quick on-pagers and major reports.
• Collaborate with teams using design tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce polished outputs.
• Apply expertise in layout and design to transform ideas about culture and people strategy into visuals and documents that inspire connection and action.

You Have

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with SharePoint Design
• Experience with graphic design and layout
• Ability to build pages using existing templates
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in graphic design or 7+ years of experience in graphic design in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience with data visualization
• Experience in multi-media design
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
