Our team of engineers, marketers, artists, writers, data scientists, producers, thinkers and doers, are the professional publishing stewards of 2K’s portfolio currently includes several AAA, sports and entertainment brands, including NBA 2K, BioShock, Borderlands, Mafia, Sid Meier’s Civilization, and XCOM brands; WWE 2K and WWE SuperCard franchises, TopSpin 2K25, as well as PGA TOUR 2K.

We categorize a “recent graduate” as someone who has graduated within 2 years of the program start date, July 2026. What Will I Be Doing?

Our graduate program will begin in July 2026 and it is a 21-month program. Our graduate program offers a fantastic opportunity for you to embark on a rotation-based journey. You’ll have the chance to experience different areas of our business in Dublin, as well as the possibility of a rotation in one of our international offices. This program is all about empowering you to shape your own graduate experience, as we match your learning goals with our business needs.

Our ultimate goal is to equip every graduate with three essential skill sets: analytical, technical, and commercial. While not everyone possesses all three initially, we believe these skills are crucial for success in 2K. We’re seeking smart individuals like you, who have the potential to develop and grow these skills with us.

Publishing isn’t limited to books alone — it encompasses everything beyond game development. Picture yourself managing advertising, budget spend, marketing technology, shaping live services within the games, spearheading growth initiatives, unraveling player insights and analytics, crafting global marketing strategies, and implementing go-to-market plans. These rotations are just a taste of what our Grad Program has to offer.

Compensation and Benefits

Show Me the Money! Now, let’s talk about the perks! As a valued member of our Grad program, you’ll enjoy a starting salary of $85,000, with salary reviews during the course of the program. But that’s not all—we offer an array of benefits and perks to make your experience even more rewarding.

What Happens After the Grad Program?

After 21 months of our program, our talented graduates have the opportunity to specialize and apply to specific permanent roles within our business. Whether you choose to work in digital marketing or explore exciting avenues like marketing technology or analytical teams, the possibilities are vast.

By that point, you will have received comprehensive training in a range of essential skills. From mastering advanced Excel to our unique approach to work and project management, you’ll be equipped with a well-rounded skill set. This ensures that you’ll be well-prepared to tackle any e-commerce role and thrive in it.
