Today, nearly 200 people around the globe work on Speechify in a 100% distributed setting. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and others from Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, with experience from Stanford, Stripe, Vercel, Bolt, and other startups.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Speechify's Creator Studio found at speechify.com/studio


• Integrate AI models to provide state-of-the-art voiceovers, dubbing, voice cloning and more

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience with AWS/GCS and be able to build service architectures leveraging these services


• Experience building scalable architectures using micro services


• Experience writing testable code and pushing the bar higher on testing infrastructure


• Proficiency with React and modern React stack, or NodeJS, or both


• Understanding low-level JS and be able to profile and optimize SPA FE/backend performance


• Preferred: video and audio processing experience

Salary

• The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
