Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional part-time Front Desk Associate (FDA) to join our dynamic team at Myo Studio City. As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll help deliver an elevated, seamless experience that keeps clients coming back.
Myo - Studio City (12833 Ventura Blvd #153, Studio City, CA)
Schedule
- The ideal candidate is available for 3 shifts per week (AM or PM), including 1 weekend day.
- Sunday: 7:45am – 4:00pm
- Tuesday AM: 6:45am – 1:45pm
- Wednesday PM: 1:30pm – 8:30pm
Responsibilities
- Provide all clients exceptional service and hospitality in line with Myo standards.
- Introduce new clients to our service offering with clear, on-brand messaging via phone, walk-in, or written communication.
- Monitor and manage the clinic schedule, including shift optimization, initial booking strategy, and waitlist management.
- Ensure all claims, invoices, transactions, and/or Superbills are submitted and filed accurately.
- Maintain clean, consistent client notes for seamless service to each client.
- Maintain clinic organization and cleanliness, including sanitization, equipment upkeep, surfaces, and treatment rooms.
- Engage in tasks related to client follow-up, business-driving, or marketing initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain consistent communications with all FDA and clinic staff to ensure seamless handoffs between shifts.
- Share insights from daily shifts, therapists and client feedback with the Operations Lead as relevant.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service and/or hospitality role.
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
- Strong track record of positive client interactions and experiences.
- Commitment to maintaining a well-presented clinic and team environment.
- Attention to detail; quality and care drive performance.
- Passion for the work we do and ability to communicate the long-term value to clients.
- Experience with booking strategies and driving business through service.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, problem-solver, and committed to improving work product.

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
