What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
• Designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Partnering with UX Research operations to validate and test designs.
• Revising designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Providing design guidance and feedback to team members.
• Contributing to design systems, patterns, and standards for cohesive experiences.
• Managing multiple priorities, working through rapid iterations, and meeting deadlines.
• Making timely, informed design decisions considering outcomes, risks, and constraints.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design approach and key projects/products.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing interactions for web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize effectively, and self-management.
• Genuine curiosity and strong ability to learn.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

Pay

$33.60 – $48.00 /hr.
