We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to help lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across our client's digital financial platforms. As a key member of our client's team, you'll collaborate closely with executive leadership, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create designs that align with business objectives and user needs. It will require you to be on site in the Naperville office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive UI design strategy for enterprise-level products
- Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile user interfaces for platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to UI design best practices
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity throughout implementation
- Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- UI design experience (7+ years), with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms
- Expertise in designing complex, data-rich platforms that prioritize usability and aesthetics
- Proven track record using UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, visual design trends, and design systems

- Familiarity with design systems implementation across large-scale organizations
