Overview

The Sr. Enterprise Account Executive (Mobile Video - Body Worn Cameras) role at Motorola Solutions involves developing and implementing a sales plan for target enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers. The Sr. AE is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals for the Enterprise Mobile Video team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute winning strategy within enterprise accounts across North America for Body Worn Camera solutions.
  • Build, cultivate, and close deals directly with end users and channel partners.
  • Build business plans with internal teams, partners, and external customers to drive sales.
  • Uncover additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all Mobile Video offerings.
  • Resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the Enterprise Mobile Video Support Team.
  • Maintain regular client follow-ups to ensure total customer satisfaction with Mobile Video products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to leverage portfolio incumbencies and cross-sell to existing customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS and cloud solutions; ability to articulate product value; proven track record in direct and channel sales; experience with Fortune 500 and/or Mid-Market account management; executive-level engagement.
  • Startup experience beneficial.
  • Experience in verticals such as Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Manufacturing, Private Security, Transportation, and Loss Prevention.
  • Strong self-starter with hunter mentality and ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor; knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales experience or 6+ years of sales experience.
  • Ability to travel greater than 60% of the time.

Location & Travel

  • Candidates can live anywhere in the United States; must be able to travel greater than 60% of the time.

Compensation

  • Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD. Pay within this range varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
