Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the repair and maintenance process for our clients' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments for service work and repairs
• Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Check parts invoices and add to work orders
• Complete warranty claims
• Handle payments and end-of-day paperwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
• Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel

Hours

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
