Great Day Improvements is hiring: Field Marketer in Rancho Cordova

Overview

Great Day Improvements, LLC is seeking a Field Marketer to represent the K-Designers brand. We are looking for professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be face-to-face generating new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods in the states we operate in. You will also collect reviews from previous customers. The primary role is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing the products and services we provide. This is hourly pay plus commission earned when a new client you generate makes a purchase. We reimburse certain travel costs and offer several performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared for and provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Collect information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible, using training provided.
• Transport self to assigned event or territory and work independently while representing K-Designers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to transport self and event gear to locations throughout the region
• Previous field marketing, canvassing/door-to-door/outside experience is a plus, but not required
• Age 18+
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay plus commission based on new client purchases
