As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers through email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business. Your goal will be to build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.

The sign industry is dynamic and ever-changing. All around us, signs of all types are visible. You will never be bored working in this industry, as even small jobs and large projects are unique and highly customized.

You will participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
