Your impact

We're seeking a Mid-Level Plumbing Designer in Cincinnati, Ohio, who is excited about working on advanced facilities projects that enable the heart of our clients business. Join us and youll have the chance to support projects for some of the worlds largest and most state-of-the-art industrial facilities. Youll independently perform plumbing design assignments with general technical guidance on unusual or complex problems. Your plumbing experience will be put to use to create plumbing designs for construction. There will be opportunities to be on project sites to gather existing plumbing conditions and during construction. You will coordinate work activities with other design and engineering professionals and project management.

Here's what you'll need

10+ years of experience in practical application experience of plumbing design, including waste and vent, domestic hot and cold water, and storm water related to building systems

Proficient working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software

General working knowledge of plumbing codes

An understanding of clash detection, clash resolution and building system coordination

Ideally youll have:

Associates Degree in a related technical discipline is preferred

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams, with the client, and construction team

Passion for buildings and construction

64,400.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

105,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 to $105,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
