Job Title: CAD Designer / Drafter
Location: Fully Remote (Working USA Hours)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer / Drafter to support our design and engineering teams by creating precise technical drawings and models. The ideal candidate will work remotely while aligning with USA business hours to ensure effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed CAD drawings, plans, and technical models based on project requirements and specifications
  • Modify and revise drawings as required by engineers, architects, or project managers
  • Prepare construction, fabrication, or manufacturing drawings with accuracy and clarity
  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant industry standards and company guidelines
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to gather information and resolve design challenges
  • Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for easy access and revision control
  • Support design development, layout planning, and conceptual drafting as needed
  • Review and interpret sketches, notes, and other input materials to produce comprehensive drawings
  • Assist with preparing documentation packages for client submission, permit applications, or manufacturing
  • Perform other drafting or design-related tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or Certification in CAD Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Designer / Drafter in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar
  • Strong understanding of drafting standards, dimensioning, and tolerancing
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to interpret engineering, architectural, or manufacturing drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be available to work full-time USA business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or engineering design industries
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering techniques
  • Familiarity with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) for multidisciplinary coordination
