Eaton Corporation is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Channel Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue through our channel ecosystem. This role will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and partner teams to create and optimize go-to-market strategies that empower our partners and amplify our brand presence. This position will be based in Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC reporting to the Distributed IT Marketing Director. The expected annual salary range for this role is
$141,000 - $206,800
a year. This position is also eligible for a EIC bonus program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and partner needs. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Partner Enablement: Design and deliver marketing toolkits, sales enablement materials, and co-branded campaigns. Lead partner onboarding and training initiatives to ensure alignment with brand and messaging.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners, including digital, events, and content marketing. Oversee MDF programs, ensuring ROI and compliance.
Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners and internal stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and corporate marketing to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and partner engagement, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Leverage data to refine segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3 years in channel or partner marketing

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sales cycles, and co-marketing best practices
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
Experience in IT Channel and Channel Marketing
Familiarity with partner portals and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
