We are seeking a highly analytical and autonomous Senior Manager of ABM & Content Strategy to drive pipeline acceleration for our 5G Acceleration solutions. As a team of one, this individual will leverage internal intelligence to develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. This role is a critical force in bridging the gap between strategic insights and hands-on execution by leading our content creation, personalization, and enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Identification & Prioritization: Utilize internal intelligence and AI capabilities to proactively identify and prioritize high-potential customers and prospects for 5G Acceleration.

Develop a data-driven methodology for selecting target accounts that are most aligned with our ABM strategy.

Content Strategy, Management & Creation: Serve as the owner for the end-to-end content lifecycle for customer-facing decks and materials.

Conduct ongoing analysis to identify the constant content needs of the sales team.

Create, manage, and continuously update a centralized repository of presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and easily accessible.

Be a hands-on content creator, developing new presentations, sales stories, and other assets as needed to fill content gaps.

ABM Strategy & Orchestration: Design and execute tailored ABM campaigns for a select portfolio of key accounts.

Partner directly with 5G Specialists and Core Sellers to develop personalized engagement plans that include messaging and outreach strategies.

Lead the onboarding and management of a new content personalization platform, providing training for sales teams on how to effectively use the tool to create tailored content.

Performance Reporting & Insight Generation: Track and measure the success of ABM initiatives on a per-account basis, focusing on key metrics like account engagement, opportunity progression, and pipeline influenced.

Provide regular, data-driven insights to sales and marketing leadership on what content strategies are most effective.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Six or more years of experience in a B2B marketing or sales operations role, with specific experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Even better if you have one or more of the following

Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data from platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.

Expertise in designing marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle.

Proficiency with presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint) and content management tools is essential.

Ability to use AI to accelerate results.

A highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven leader.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to train and influence internal teams.

A strategic thinker with a passion for using data to unlock business opportunities.

Where You’ll Be Working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $105,000.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Maryland location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.
