Overview Audible is looking for an experienced and conceptual Associate Creative Director, Copywriter to join Audible’s global creative team. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned storyteller to shape the voice of a beloved global brand through world-class, 360-degree campaigns.

About The Role You’ll be responsible for writing, guiding, and ideating work that resonates with diverse audiences across brand, content, and acquisition campaigns—partnering closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and producers. You’ll bring creative vision and leadership to a wide range of media: digital, film/video, social, experiential, print, audio, and more.

As an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter, you will...

Lead copy development for large-scale, integrated global marketing campaigns that support both brand and content marketing objectives

Craft compelling narratives across channels that are both strategically sound and emotionally resonant

Collaborate with designers, art directors, and strategists to concept and execute bold, original ideas

Write for a wide variety of mediums including video, social, digital display, web, email, out-of-home, and experiential

Champion Audible’s voice and tone guidelines while pushing creative boundaries

Present creative work to senior stakeholders with clarity and conviction

Provide mentorship to junior writers and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-rich creative culture

Partner closely with marketing and production teams to ensure creative excellence from concept through execution

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio of work that demonstrates a mix of big brand ideas, storytelling, and campaign systems

Deep understanding of the evolving digital and social media landscape

Experience working on entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer tech brands

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
