Job Title: US Wholesale Premium Partner Marketing Manager Compensation
Pay: $35 - $40/hr Purpose
Lead brand marketing strategy for U.S. Premium accounts, driving awareness, traffic, and conversion across Nordstrom, Free People, Shopbop, Revolve, Aritzia, Bloomingdale’s, and other partners. Build integrated 360° programs that strengthen Levi’s equity, deliver ROI, and elevate consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs for premium accounts. Act as primary liaison with account marketing teams, ensuring strong relationships and flawless execution. Translate seasonal business goals into impactful consumer-facing campaigns across digital, in-store, experiential, and social channels. Partner with sales and merchandising to drive GTM strategies, account meetings, and market presentations. Manage and optimize a $1M+ marketing budget, ensuring positive ROI and consistent brand governance. Track, analyze, and report program results to share insights and identify opportunities for growth. Requirements
6–8 years’ experience in brand or channel marketing; wholesale or premium retail experience preferred. Strong background in integrated 360° marketing campaigns and account management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and deliver measurable results. Seniority level
