Our client, a fast-growing CPG organization, seeks a visionary Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth. This senior leader will oversee all integrated marketing functions—including PR, social media, creative, copywriting, and product launches—while ensuring consumer insights and data drive strategy. The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across multiple channels to deliver high-impact campaigns that connect with diverse audiences and create cultural relevance. Responsibilities
Lead integrated marketing strategy across brand, performance marketing, PR, social media, creative, copywriting, and product launches. Ensure consumer insights and data drive strategy and measurement. Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution across multiple channels to deliver high-impact campaigns. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that elevate brand visibility, maintain consistent voice and creative output, and drive measurable business outcomes. Qualifications
15+ years of senior-level integrated marketing experience at consumer-focused brands. Proven success leading cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, PR, social media, and insights. Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in consumer research, analytics, and KPI management.
