7+ years of UX research experience (B2C and/or B2B), with 3+ years in a senior or lead role Strong command of mixed-method research, in-person/remote research, indepth-interview/focus group facilitation, survey design, and statistical analysis Proficiency in a variety of design and research tools, including online research communities, online surveys, remote research platforms, digital whiteboarding, video editing, and knowledge repository platforms. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s in HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s or PhD a plus) Experience with personas, journey maps, service design and workshop facilitation Self-starter, able to take minimal direction and expand based on stakeholder needs Evidence of continuous learning, inquisitive mindset Client-service mentality with a desire to build consensus and overcome objections Bonus Points
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or convenience tech Experience in business administration, strategy, and/or marketing Experience as a visual designer, illustrator, storyboarder, or animator Consulting background or work with external research vendors Portfolio or case studies that showcase your experience, skills, and impact
