Location: Bangkok, Thailand. This position is open to worldwide candidates and we will assist you with a generous relocation package, ensuring a smooth transition to working and living in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

UX Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, delivering outputs used by Product teams to inform design, user experience and product direction.

Demonstrates critical thinking beyond explicit business requests and drives research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis and communication.

Lead core end-to-end research activities and collaborate with product, design and engineering teams.

Take ownership of research opportunities, evaluating importance, urgency and impact for the team.

Propose solid research solutions and challenge research requests when appropriate.

Communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders in English, tailoring the message to audiences of business, design and engineering.

Collaborate across disciplines and support junior researchers or researchers in other teams.

Qualifications

Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.

7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.

Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research.

Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.).

Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, data analysis, etc.).

Experience negotiating with and managing external research vendors.

Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data.

Demonstrates critical thinking beyond business requests and effective storytelling and communication in English.

Enjoys collaborative work in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
