We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the definition, prioritization, and development of interventional workflows and user experiences—specifically focused on structural heart and electrophysiology procedures. This role will drive innovation in AI-enabled imaging, data strategy, and next-generation UX concepts to elevate procedural confidence and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product requirements for procedural workflows in collaboration with clinical and engineering teams.

Lead cross-functional development efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.

Drive AI data strategy and image acquisition workflows to support intelligent automation and guidance.

Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) research, user testing, and iterative prototyping to validate concepts and refine UX.

Collaborate with medical device industry partners to co-develop integrated workflows.

Champion new UX paradigms for fully integrated procedural ultrasound guidance of structural heart and electrophysiology procedures.

Translate clinical insights into actionable product roadmaps and success metrics.

Work closely with system product managers to ensure interventional priorities are embedded in platform development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in interventional cardiology, medical devices, or healthcare technology.

Strong understanding of structural heart procedures, like tricuspid and mitral valve repair and replacement and left atrial appendage closure workflows.

Experience with AI/ML in imaging, data strategy, or clinical decision support is a plus.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex partner relationships.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with regulatory and clinical development processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Background in UX design or human factors engineering.

Experience with immersive technologies (AR/VR), voice interfaces, or mobile UX.

Knowledge of interventional ultrasound systems and image-guided therapies.

Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: Min $133,900 – Max $200,900. The final offer is determined by geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The Company offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, and other eligible programs.
