Role Overview The Senior Director, Transformation Change Management & Communications will be a strategic leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for driving enterprise-wide change and communications strategies that enable the successful adoption of Brink’s new operating model, processes, and ways of working. This role will partner closely with senior executives, functional leaders, and transformation workstreams to deliver integrated change management and communication plans that engage employees, reduce disruption, and accelerate business results.

You will serve as the enterprise’s change management and communications expert, building capability, creating consistent frameworks, and ensuring that our people are informed, inspired, and aligned throughout the transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise-wide change management strategy for the Brink’s transformation program, aligned to business objectives and Transformation Office priorities and processes.

Partner with functional and regional leaders to identify change impacts, risks, and adoption requirements, ensuring business readiness for each phase of transformation.

Build and oversee a network of change champions across functions and geographies to drive localized adoption and feedback loops.

Establish and embed change management frameworks, tools, and KPIs to measure readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes.

Enterprise Communications

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive transformation communications strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all audiences.

Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape key messages, presentation materials, and narratives that drive alignment and inspire commitment.

Oversee multi-channel, end-to-end communications delivery (e.g., town halls, email, newsletters, intranet, videos, leader toolkits) that build awareness and reinforce desired behaviors.

Support material development of Transformation Office communications for Board and Executive Leadership.

Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously adjust strategies to maximize impact and engagement.

Delivery Management

- Lead and coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to execute change and communications plans on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ensure all external deliverables (creative assets, tools, training, communications content) align with Brink’s brand, tone, and transformation objectives.

Strategic Partnership & Governance

- Act as a trusted advisor to the Transformation Office and senior leadership on change, culture, and communications matters.

Ensure change and communications activities are fully integrated into the overall transformation roadmap and governance cadence.

Partner with HR, Corporate Communications, and functional leaders to align change and communication activities with broader business initiatives.

Capability Building

- Design and deliver change management training and resources for leaders and managers to strengthen their ability to lead through change.

Foster a culture of transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Skills & Experience

10+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, and/or strategic communications, preferably in a global or complex matrixed environment.

Proven track record leading change in large-scale transformations, including operating model shifts, process redesign, and technology implementations.

Exceptional communication skills — both strategic messaging and tactical delivery — with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Strong business acumen and ability to connect change and communications strategies to measurable business outcomes.

Experience building and leading high-performing teams and cross-functional networks.

Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
