Overview
Cognizant is hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead – Omnistudio & Experience Cloud (Hybrid) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience with Salesforce technologies including Omnistudio, SFDC Identity and Security, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. This role involves designing and implementing robust solutions to enhance our business processes. The work model is hybrid with on-site days as required. Location: Boston, MA, US. Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Lightning, SFDC Development and Customization, and SFDC Configuration. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing SFDC Identity and Security measures and SFDC Sharing and Visibility protocols. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SFDC Integration techniques to streamline data flow and improve user experience. Lead the Salesforce DevOps process, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous integration of new features. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains. Document technical specifications and create comprehensive user guides to support system adoption and training. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a secure and compliant Salesforce environment. Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Omnistudio and SFDC Identity and Security with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and SFDC Sharing and Visibility with a focus on enhancing user experience. Have experience in Salesforce DevOps and SFDC Data management, ensuring seamless deployment and data integrity. Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration with the ability to design and implement complex integrations. Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration and Salesforce Development and Customization with a focus on delivering tailored solutions. Experience in the Provider domain is a plus offering valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions. Why Cognizant

The annual salary for this position is between $129,000.00 - $145,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits
