About The Role
The
Director of Digital Marketing
is a strategic yet scrappy executor who can scale campaigns, pitch new ideas, and lead a high-performing team. This role isn’t for spectators. We are looking for someone with the drive of an elite athlete, the creativity of an entrepreneur, and the precision of a data analyst. They oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, optimize every step of the funnel, and help shape the future of our brand. They are a builder—of campaigns, systems, teams, and momentum. Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned to business goals
Oversee paid media, SEO, social, affiliate, email, and emerging channels
Lead and grow a small, focused team of in-house marketers and agencies
Design a data-driven, customer-first marketing engine to maximize ROI
Build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to enhance user experience and conversion
Innovate relentlessly: test, iterate, and launch creative campaigns and tools
Drive strategic partnerships with travel brands, influencers, and affiliates
Analyze performance across channels, delivering insights and forecasts
Negotiate media buys, contracts, and vendor terms with confidence
Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, learning, and results
About You
Preferred location: Florida (Eastern Time Zone)
Open to: Hybrid/remote roles with travel
Experience: 5+ years leading digital marketing in fast-paced environments
Expertise: Proven success in performance marketing, including SEM, paid social, email, and SEO
Industry background: Strong experience in travel, preferably cruise
Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to pitch ideas, present strategy, and close opportunities
Track record: History of winning—whether in sports, sales, or scaling startups
Leadership: Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure and leads with clarity
Collaboration: Great communicator and negotiator who can rally stakeholders
Technical skills: Hands-on experience with GA4, HubSpot, paid media platforms, and CRO tools
Innovation: Familiar with integrating AI tools into marketing workflows
Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge and creative skills (Photoshop, Canva)
