Leading and developing a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers: providing coaching and guidance to TAMs on developing a long-term vision and successfully collaborating across their assigned customers and internal network; facilitating the ongoing development of team processes and procedures; and building alignment across Sales and Portfolio Units on the role of TAMs as customer experts and advocates. Collaborating with Sales Management and Technical Management to ensure an efficient and productive account coverage model that supports growth objectives and meets yearly numbers. Establishing annual account goals and success metrics that support long-term growth, monitoring performance to goals and adjusting goals, as needed. Overseeing opportunity plans, prioritization, and development, including Target Account Selling (TAS) plan development and organizational resource alignment to support long-term account growth. Guiding development of program plans for driving penetration, adoption, and add-on sales; broadening product usage portfolio and competitive replacements; and defending existing install base within the account. Overseeing collaborative initiatives with Portfolio Units, ensuring tailored solutions to address specific customer needs are leveraged across and optimized for the broader Strategic Account base. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and 12+ years’ experience in the EDA and semiconductor design or electronics industries, or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated success leading and developing a high-performing senior technical sales team, modeling the desire and ability to uncover emerging trends from our customers that develop into new business opportunities; drive process and programmatic improvements; and build winning technical sales solutions and new business strategies for strategic accounts Success leading in a global, matrixed environment and building relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally; ability to quickly build trust with senior leaders as well as collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional team to develop solutions and overcome obstacles Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills to all organizational levels, including executive, C-Level leadership Excellent business judgment and demonstrated success delivering results that are optimized at the company level (balanced between company and customer), then team, then yourself Ability to handle competing priorities with an ability to address and solve problems in a timely manner Working Conditions

Transform the Everyday The total cash compensation range for this position is $226,700 to $453,400 with 30% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
