Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Customer Storytelling, AWS AI. AWS is looking for a senior product marketer to shape how organizations adopt and benefit from generative AI through robust storytelling. Responsibilities
Own customer storytelling for the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, guiding customers across the full AI lifecycle from ideation to enterprise-wide adoption. Develop bar-raising AI customer stories that show value and collaborate with integrated marketing to feature these stories in campaigns, webpages, social, and other channels. Pilot new ways to bring top AI customer stories to life across multiple mediums and channels. Collaborate with Generative AI Innovation Center leaders, strategists, and scientists to understand the customer adoption journey and translate insights into stories. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize programs, and iterate on assets. A day in the life
Build compelling customer storytelling that explores the journey customers take to deliver value with AI. Work with customers, marketers, strategists, and scientists to create content and drive awareness and engagement across channels. Develop marketing assets (web pages, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools) and measure impact. Transition from strategy to execution and contribute to a rapidly growing business. About AWS / Why AWS
