As a key member of our project management office, you will collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to create innovative solutions that meet product configuration needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain CAD/BIM family content and standards Design and coordinate complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards Support sales and project management teams with detailed documentation and accurate coordination Automate routines in BIM to significantly boost efficiency and streamline processes Collaborate closely with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve clashes and conflicts Develop and implement BIM documentation and workflow process standards
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in design or a related engineering field Strong CAD skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills for flawless task execution Experience in commercial construction, manufacturing, or industrial fields is highly desirable
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The range reflects anticipated compensation and may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. For questions about pay philosophy and benefits, speak with the recruiter during the interview process.
