Qualifications
External applicants:
5+ years of experience directly managing 5-10 sales professionals within Commercial Real Estate, Digital Advertising/Marketing or adjacent transactional sales; ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team.
Internal applicants:
5+ years of sales experience, plus 18+ months at a CoStar Sales Executive level or higher, meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
All applicants:
Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; commitment to prior employers; experience leading sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative, fast-paced organization with a short sales cycle; experience managing a book of business over $1 million in annual revenue; valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record check prior to start.
Preferred qualifications & skills:
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients at all levels; track record of growing a sales territory through new client acquisition and existing account growth; strong internal and external relationship-building skills; ability to retain top performers and manage non-producers; ability to travel 25-30%; flexibility in a high-growth environment.
