Job Description We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join a fast growing Climate Tech startup in the Bay Area. The perfect candidate will have prior experience with user acquisition and retention of application based products. Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for application-based products. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize onboarding, activation, and engagement funnels. Analyze performance data, test hypotheses, and iterate on campaigns across channels to improve metrics. Qualifications
2-5 years of experience with B2C marketing efforts for consumer applications Experience with Klaviyo Experience in the Climate Tech or EV space Experience with channel marketing efforts Equal Opportunity
