Are you a Paid Social Media expert ready to lead impactful campaigns that improve lives? Silverlight Digital, a top-tier independent media agency specializing in pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising, is hiring a Paid Social Supervisor to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of paid social media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You’ll optimize campaign performance, drive innovation, and mentor junior team members—all within a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment that values data, creativity, and purpose-driven marketing.

We’re mostly remote, with two in-office meetups each month at our New York, NY office and occasional in-person client meetings. What You’ll Do
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels Develop strategic audience targeting and provide insight into creative best practices (e.g., what copy drives engagement and conversions) Analyze performance data to uncover insights, make data-driven optimizations, and elevate campaign results Design and manage A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate for continuous improvement Own budget tracking, monthly billing, and reconciliation processes with accuracy and transparency Present client-facing performance reports with clear strategic recommendations Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and innovation Drive account growth by identifying new paid social opportunities, upselling services, and contributing to new business Mentor and supervise junior paid social specialists, fostering team growth and learning Keep a pulse on industry trends and platform updates to bring new technologies and approaches to clients Represent Silverlight Digital through speaking engagements, case study development, and thought leadership Collaborate with media planners to integrate paid social into broader omnichannel campaigns. Our Ideal Candidate has:
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (agency experience is a plus) Deep platform knowledge and understanding of platform nuances across Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn Strong analytical skills and fluency in performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) A passion for digital media, emerging tech, and innovation in campaign strategy Experience mentoring or managing junior team members Excellent communication skills—you’re confident in client meetings and skilled at presenting results Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics) Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-first mindset Bonus points for pharmaceutical or healthcare media experience (not required) Silverlight Digital is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
