Overview
Director, Audience Analytics at
dentsu
(through Merkle Inc.). Location: Columbia, MD and remote option to work from home available. Travel: 10% to client sites in the U.S. Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000/year. Responsibilities
Lead client engagements by providing expertise around platforms, data strategy, and audience analytics for cross-channel customer engagement, testing, and measurement. Drive use case development to improve business KPI based on client goals, platform functionality, data availability, and organizational readiness. Conduct audience analyses using data attributes and business knowledge; develop audiences based on testing and targeting strategy. Manage audiences across partners including site personalization, paid social, paid search, email, and mobile app platforms. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop implementation roadmap and project plan; ensure quality of deliverables to meet client expectations. Package insights, analytic outputs, and action items into a consumable format with actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers. Support Audience Platform center of excellence by synthesizing lessons from clients, driving innovation, and enhancing Merkle's value proposition in the market. Support sales team in pre-sale activities by providing deep understanding and expertise in relevant platforms. Required Skills / Experience / Education
Experience with execution of digital campaigns in one or more channels including search, display, email, site, and mobile. Experience with customer data platforms and data management platforms. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Target. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Marketing Cloud including Google Analytics and DV360; technical experience with identity, PII and non-PII data. Experience leading a marketing analytics team including both onshore and offshore analysts. Experience with marketing analytics including summarizing key insights and making actionable recommendations; experience with digital marketing consulting. Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics, Economics, Statistics or related field and at least 1 year of experience as an Analyst or related occupation. Benefits
