The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing the visual aspects of the brand through cross functional departments, based on the goals of the commercial marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of the scheduling, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager. Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
Support all quick turn/business critical marketing and go to market strategy initiatives. Support workflow of the marketing team to get initiatives across the finish line and communicate with each department accordingly on execution as the lead project manager Work with partners and marketing team with production of all marketing and communications deliverables (Zipline Execution (Internal Communication), Local Event Support, PO Requests for Vendors). Maintain a high-volume of digital marketing records including project photography and graphics, project information, fact sheets, awards, entitlements, and media publications. Support marketing manager with submissions for regional and national programs. Support and manage execution of brand-led social media posts and campaigns. Embodies the culture, values, and tenets of PharmaCann and full support of our purpose, goal, and key objectives. Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Related experience considered) Minimum 1+ years of relevant professional experience; customer experience, marketing project management, coordinator role, etc. Microsoft Office is required. monday.com experience is a plus. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Effectively manages priorities and works efficiently to complete multiple tasks under deadlines. Works independently, is self-directed and resourceful. Commands strong organizational skills and is detailed and deadline-oriented. Is technologically savvy across various media types.
