Job Summary

B&A is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business needs and user requirements.

Develop front-end code using modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Ensure that user interfaces and experiences are optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability.

Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end code with back-end systems.

Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve user interfaces and experiences.

Keep up-to-date with new UI/UX trends and technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements to existing systems.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

Experience with Kendo UI

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.

Experience with front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Knowledge of back-end development technologies such as Node.js and Express is a plus.

Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and usability best practices.

Desired Skills

Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Security Clearance

Eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
