Collaborate with product, PR, social, communications, and product marketing teams to leverage earned and owned channels and align metrics to boost SEO impact.
Implement standard SEO processes in web product development and marketing to improve visibility in natural search channels.
Analyze SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and deliver actionable insights to refine strategies and increase value.
Monitor emerging trends in the search landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO technology, algorithm updates, and the impact of LLMs and AI on search.
Report to senior leadership on SEO performance, opportunities, and ongoing strategy effectiveness.
Identify and implement SEO tools, technologies, and platforms to improve efficiency, tracking, and reporting.
Develop and manage SEO budgets and ensure campaigns progress toward key metrics.
Manage SEO partnerships with agencies or external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.
What is Needed to Succeed
Extensive experience (8+ years) in SEO, with a track record of leadership success.
Proven ability to drive organic growth, increase website traffic, and improve search rankings.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, BrightEdge).
Experience in enterprise-level SEO, large-scale growth, and complex web structures (eCommerce or enterprise).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies.
Familiarity with emerging SEO technologies and performance-driving tools.
Expertise in international and local SEO strategies to support global initiatives.
Solid understanding of technical SEO, including website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile SEO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present data and strategies clearly to diverse stakeholders.
