We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team, responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM design and be capable of delivering high-quality models that support our commercial and industrial projects.

We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team, responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM design and be capable of delivering high-quality models that support our commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.
- Perform clash detection and resolve issues in coordination with other disciplines.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit and Navisworks to enhance model quality and functionality.
- Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models for project deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on model progress and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Designer with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficient in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution techniques.
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial project requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
