Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the launch of our new product. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the marketing strategy, planning, and execution to ensure a successful product introduction to the market.
The role will work closely with sales to ensure metrics and results lead to revenue and brand-based outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and target audience identification.
Oversee project lifecycle, develop plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure milestones are met.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and external partners to align marketing efforts.
Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional media; monitor performance.
Develop marketing materials with creative teams.
Organize product launch events and promotional activities.
Track and report on key performance metrics; provide updates and data-driven recommendations.
Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with budget management and financial analysis
Preferred Skills
Experience in the technology or software industry
Knowledge of product lifecycle management
Certification in project management (PMP or similar)
Working Conditions This position may require occasional travel to attend events and meet with partners.
Required Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing project management, preferably with product launches
