Description We’re looking for a high-performing Marketing Senior Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic, solutions-focused mindset. This role is a critical part of the Marketing team and is ideal for candidates that thrive in dynamic environments, move seamlessly between strategy and execution, and are energized by wearing multiple hats. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that elevate Teneo’s brand, drive client engagement, and position our firm as the partner of choice for CEOs and senior decision-makers. The role is based in New York and will support the Global Head of Marketing and the Chief Integration Officer on global marketing and communications initiatives. Responsibilities Strategy and execution : Support day-to-day definition and execution of global marketing programs, in alignment with overall company strategy and objectives Integrated campaigns:

Create and deliver strategic, targeted marketing programs across channels spanning content, media engagement, digital, events, sales enablement, and internal/external communications. Content : Develop compelling content strategies that drive brand narratives and thought leadership effectively across a range of channels and assets – from long-form reports to executive presentations, internal communications, web, video, and social Events : Partner with business leadership to craft high-value event experiences that drive brand awareness and build relationships with target audiences Media : Support paid and earned media efforts for brand lift, increased audience engagement, and business development Business development:

Partner with business stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are supported with the right content, assets, and enablement activities . Partnership : Build trust-based relationships across business lines and functions, operating effectively within Teneo’s matrixed structure to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities and drive collaboration. Work closely with internal teams (Design, People, IT, etc.) to execute cross-functional projects Analytics & operations : Track performance metrics (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and translate into insights that optimize strategy and improve outcomes. Develop and champion processes and frameworks that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Leadership : Mentor and support the development of junior team members Basic Qualifications 10+ years of progressive marketing experience Experience working in global organizations Proven ability to deliver integrated marketing campaigns Demonstrated content strategy expertise, with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling narratives Experience working with outside agencies and partners as extensions of the Marketing team Experience mentoring and developing junior marketers Excellent verbal and written communicator, with strong editorial and storytelling skills Proven leadership capabilities, a strong work commitment, high ethical standards, and ability to advise and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive and demanding projects Excellent attention to detail Highly proficient in Microsoft PPT, Word, Excel Resourceful, team-oriented, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial Preferred Qualifications / Experience Experience in B2B or professional services is desirable. Prior experience in firms where marketing supports consulting, financial advisory, or strategic communications services is highly valued. Base Salary Range $160,000-$180,000 ( compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).
