Senior Content Marketing Manager
who can capture that spirit and turn it into powerful, purpose-driven content across every marketing channel.
You’ll be the voice behind the stories that define the Olympic hospitality journey for fans, businesses about the moments that connect and help drive our awareness and revenue goals. From emotional long-form profiles to viral short-form social clips, your work will connect with both B2C and B2B audiences across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Storytelling & Content Development
Craft compelling narratives about athletes, teams, countries, fans, milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments for general content. Create compelling marketing content within the parameters allowed by our IOC and Organizing Committee partners in order to drive hospitality sales Develop content for a wide range of formats: blogs, social media, newsletters, scripts, interviews, press materials, and digital campaigns. Translate the Olympic spirit into stories that resonate across cultures, languages, and platforms that help drive hospitality sales.
Multi-Channel Content Creation
Own the content calendar for all Olympic hospitality marketing efforts—social, web, email, video, partners/agents and work closely with our PR colleagues, Experience Design and in-venue colleagues. Create content that adapts seamlessly across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the official Olympic website. Work closely with the design, photography, and video teams to develop cohesive visual storytelling. Help direct the look and feel of content, from graphics to video cuts, ensuring everything aligns with the Olympic brand and vision. Brainstorm and contribute to storyboards and campaign visuals. Identify imagery, creative needed and work with designer to source and keep updated.
Research & Insight
Conduct background research and always be in the know documenting upcoming Olympic milestones, key announcements, and important dates Stay ahead of content trends, viral formats, and best practices in digital storytelling. Document and incorporate into the content calendar, the competition schedule, country team announcements, key sports announcement dates.
Strategy & Measurement
Align content strategy with campaign goals and key Olympic moments. Analyze content performance and audience engagement; optimize based on insights.
Who You Are
A master storyteller with 7+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, media, or a similar role. Proven ability to create emotionally resonant, high-impact stories in both short and long formats. Comfortable writing for both B2C (fans, consumers) and B2B (partners, sponsors, media). Strong editorial instincts and a passion for sports, culture, and human achievement. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, client governance and deadlines. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of content best practices. Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems A passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and brand-building. Familiarity with Contentful is a plus. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—especially under the pressure and energy of live global events. Experience covering live events or working on major campaigns with global reach. Bonus: Multilingual abilities or experience creating globally relevant content.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
