The M arketing Senior Manager, Consumer - Bone Health role leads the development of a creative campaign and
content
strategy
for branded and unbranded communications with consumers, including
the
execution
of major tactics such as TV, digital, print, and point-of-care assets
.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in leading campaign asset development from brief through delivery, especially in regulated environments. This role will also serve as a key champion for cultural nuance and inclusive marketing practices across all consumer-facing tactics.
This is a high-performing individual contributor role responsible for
collaborat
ing
with a wide range of internal and external partners to
optimize
the consumer ecosystem with
n
ew creative campaign
content and messaging that will
transform
the customer experience to enable patients to start and stay on EVENITY. Specific responsibilities will include: Translate brand positioning and
core
audience
insights into campaign-level messaging and storytelling.
Partner with creative agencies
and internal teams
to develop and produce
compelling campaigns across consumer audiences through the development of breakthrough creative
assets
in both traditional and digital channels
Manage
day-to-day
oversight of agency partners
to ensure quality and on-time delivery
and hold them accountable to
agreed
upon
budgets,
timelines
and standards.
Collaborate with
internal sourcing partners and
production teams to oversee shoot planning, talent
selection
, location approvals, and
logistics
.
Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials to enable responsible and compliant consumer communications.
Serve as the team’s lead for multicultural insights and strategy, ensuring all messaging and creative assets reflect cultural nuance and relevance while tailoring campaigns for key multicultural segments
.
Work closely with
the brand m
edia lead to ensure campaign
creative and
messaging is pulled through
across
all
media, CRM, digital, and point-of-care channels
Form and
maintain
strong partnerships with cross-functional business partners including
HCP marketing, Access, Corporate Communications, Operational teams, and Business Analytics & Insight to ensure
synergy
with
messaging
for healthcare professionals
and consumers.
Collaborate with the other brand team partners to ensure alignment to tactical development in a manner that provides the
optimal
customer experience.
This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will
require agency
management
and cross-functional team leadership.
Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or
Agency
Management experience Or Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or
Agency
Management experience Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or
Agency
Management experience Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or
Agency
Management experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or
Agency
Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Strategic thinking, leadership, collaboration, and the ability to serve as a true champion for the consumer.
Prior marketing and/or agency experience in healthcare
Strong marketing competence with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and
indicated
actions.
Strong understanding of inclusive marketing and cultural relevance in content
Hands-on experience with TV/OLV creative development and production in
partnership
with agencies
, plus e
xposure to media trafficking requirements and asset delivery workflows
Ability to manage agency relationships, feedback loops,
budget
and timelines
F
amiliarity with MLR processes and requirements that
impact
consumer marketing strategies.
Ability to successfully run multiple projects and resources concurrently on time and on
budget.
Strong self-starter, problem-solver, ability to
manage
multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a cross-functional, team-based environment
Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.

Requires approximately 20% travel
