Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure that all written materials, presentations, and communication strategies are consistent, professional, and aligned with our brand values. This role is pivotal in enhancing stakeholder engagement and ensuring smooth information flow across departments.
Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and reports Coordinate and support communication efforts between departments and with clients Prepare presentations, press releases, newsletters, and formal correspondence Maintain a consistent brand voice across all materials Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and outreach campaigns Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements Support leadership with speaking notes, scripts, and presentation materials
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, grammar, and formatting Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic design tools Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities
